Honestly a great location if you wanted to visit Atlanta as well as other towns around. The location itself is in a good walking distance if you don’t mind a nice walk into shopping areas and the local restaurant and bar scene. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the hotel itself is extremely clean. Front desk staff are the sweetest and accommodating to every need. And the breakfast is one of the best for an included breakfast I’ve ever had for choices and quality. Kid friendly. And the outside is so nice to sit for fresh air. Across the street is a McDonald’s and a gas station if you need anything or 2 minute drive to the nearest market. Extremely convenient and a great place to stay!

Positive: "" Negative: There were lady bugs all over our room, we asked for a vacuum to clean up, never got one. I asked for extra pillows, was told they had a pillow shortage. Bed covers were itchy and stiff.

For something from Hilton brand hotel this is extremely shocking. The first couple days we thought things looked decent enough overall, especially with your options in Cartersville. Most of our utensils and cutlery were dirty so they all had to be washed before we used them, the carpets and floors were pretty rough too. Musky odor in the room. We killed about 5 ladybugs each day we were there but I kind of blew it off. One night they were just everywhere, coming out of the A/C units, on the floors, couch, and walls. I looked under the unit and both units in the room had at least 20 ladybugs under there, most alive, and a couple roaches. I was extremely grossed out. Sometimes you get what you paid for and sometimes you pay more to sleep in a lady beg invested room (418) 1/22-1/24 My stay at the home2 suites In Cartersville Georgia will unfortunately be my last time there . To say I slept poorly would be an understatement. I regret not requesting another room but I feared I'd run into the same situation. Also, I was only going to be there for two days and I didn't think it was as bad as it was at first. So I had to come up with a plan . I kept a light on in the corner of the room to keep the ladybugs content. This was after I gave up throwing them out the room after I lost count. It's a complete infestation. The rooms were cleaned newly upgraded, and I had no issues with bedding, but it was overwhelming with the ladybugs. The first night jumped one me

The breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. Our rooms were very clean and tidy along with the entire hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful with extra supplies that were needed . We had a great stay and will stay again when passing through.
