I stayed here during my transition waiting for my house to be done, and this was a great comfortable place to stay. I also make a living by advertising various brands online and I had a few cozy places in the lobby and outside near the fire pit where I was able to get some good content. The staff is friendly, and I was impressed with the breakfast as well. The beds were comfortable & there were various shops and restaurants to choose from. I would definitely recommend.

Once you got past the pot smoke in the parking lot and up to your room there was a sticky door to close. Astop in the bathroom reveals cracked tiles and poorly caulked and wobbly toilet and pubic hair. The door to the bathroom was so out of plymb it scraped the tile floor and was difficult to close with one hand (bear in mind this is a disability accessible room we were in). The refrigerator was both dusty and dirty. The dining table wobbly and unsteady. There was no hot water in the dinette and plumbing was exposed. Based on cleanliness and state of disrepair we opted out of the free breakfast. So many great choices in the area, you can skip this one.

So impressed with the customer service here. Angela and Cindy were stand outs for us. Engaging, willing to help with any need we had. Everyone we encountered seemed to actually care about the job they were doing and the impact they were making on their guests. Room was very clean - breakfast was so very good.

This place is horrible I have been here 15 days with one day of housekeeping at my request. The bedding was on the floor due to it was stained and needed to be clean. The housekeeper decided to just change top cover and used the inside cover again. ( MIND YOU IT WAS ON THE FLOOR) I have only one working light in the kitchen asked for maintenance to change it. There is still no sign of them coming to change it. I had to move rooms due to the power going out in half of the lights and outlets were working. The manager never assisted with trying to get me into another room. The night-time attendant was more helpful then the manager was. She actually got me into a new room at 9pm that night cuz the power was still not on after waiting all day for them to fix it. They change the trash but lay th
