NOV.2024 Wonderful stay and always a great experience. Love the saline pool 🏊🏾♀️..a different type of swim.
I called today to inquire about booking two rooms in June. A man came on the line and was very rude. He asked for my name and the block code. He found the block asked for my name, address, & card information total was 156.00. I asked can I book online he stated no only by phone. I informed him I was staying their for 2 days (he never asked) and I told him I needed to rooms. The man (JR or AJ he would not be give me his real name) he stated: the total and wanted to use my card twice. I informed him I would like one king bed and one double (again the man that didn’t want to give his name nor asked my preference) what if I am in a wheel chair, or need special assistance? He was very very rude. He ask for my card info again and I asked what is the cost? He stated: I would have to go back and
