Holiday Inn Portland - Columbia Riverfront by IHG

I have stayed in this hotel for several nights on different occasions. It has always been a wonderful experience. Check in always easy and the front desk staff always takes in my rewards status and makes sure all benefits are taken care of with availability. Staff is kind and will make sure your stay is as good as can be. They follow up to make sure everything is suitable and as you expected. I will continue to book rooms here when in Portland. I genuinely enjoy staying in this hotel. Great staff!

My husband, his friends and I decided to meet up and stay the night for an Ugly Sweater party. The rooms were nice and the view of the river was beautiful. They were also spacious and clean. The beds weren't too bad either. Our friends had a suite which was nice because it had a living room separate from the bedroom with a sofa, chairs and dining table. The decor was cheery and pleasant. We really enjoyed the restaurant lobby and the ambiance it had, very fun but the drinks were just okay. The staff was very genius, nice and accommodating. We had our dog and she loved all the attention she was getting.

Great stay, hot tub was awesome, staff was absolutely awesome especially for being Christmas eve/Christmas day. One down side was our ground level suite sliding door didn't really lock with was a bit sketchy. Location was beautiful! No continental breakfast. They do provide a full restaurant which opens bright and early at 6am...... but 2 coffees (cappuccino and americano) cost $14. Would stay there again for sure.

This hotel never lets us down. For being an older hotel, they have done a great job keeping it up to date and nice for customers to enjoy. The rooms are the more spacious rooms you’ll find in a hotel these days. They just don’t make up as roomy as they used to. The kids and I appreciate this more than you know! This hotel also has great customer service and the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel like you’re a priority. Thank you for the experience! We’ll be back.

Positive: This hotel was excellent! The room was clean and comfortable--the staff was friendly and accommodating--the pool was beautifully maintained and the perfect temperature--the view was awesome--all for a reasonable price!! Negative: The only complaint I have is that the coffee supplies in the room were not enough. I stayed 3 days and when I asked for more coffee pods they replenished with de caf and hot tea pods. No regular coffee--no cups--no cream and sugar packets.
