Holiday Inn Newark International Airport by IHG

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn and had a great experience from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere as soon as I walked in. A special thank you to Bassant for making my check-in process smooth and stress-free. She was professional, friendly, and very helpful. She answered all my questions clearly, made sure I had everything I needed, and went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable. Her positive attitude really set the tone for my entire stay. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and Bassant’s assistance truly made a difference in my experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this location to others.

Excellent Stay with Minor Room for ImprovementGreat location with friendly, helpful staff who went above and beyond. Room was clean and comfortable with modern amenities. Hotel facilities were well-maintained and breakfast offered good variety. Only minor issue was occasional noise from hallway traffic. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Solid value for money.

Positive: Food availability and location Negative: Shuttle did not pick me up at the correct spot. Staff did not perform duties as advertised, room was not cleaned despite repeated calls and talks with manager. Missed seeing patients because shuttle did not go yk correct spot. Overall terrible 5 day stay.

Gary our driver set the stage for excellent service as he transported us from the airport to the hotel. Benjamin at the front desk was outstanding. Smiling, laughing with us. Choose a great room for us. Got us set up with transportation to our ship. He was fantastic. Then into TEDS for a quick bite to eat, where Niomi was so extremely patient and kind. Just a sweetheart. Richard the manager stopped by to insure our food was acceptable and also give us some suggestions for dinner if we wanted to eat away from the hotel. Don’t hesitate to stay at the Holiday Inn Airport.

I honestly didn't want to leave- this hotel was so comfortable, spacious and met every need that I had. The King bed was so comfortable with 2 kinds of pillows labeled soft and firm, a cozy blanket, a fridge in the room, and enough space for all of my things without feeling crowded at all. For being so close to the airport- the noise level was very low, and I have to highlight an exceptional employee- Sarah who was so kind, generous and courteous to me. She really went out of her way to make a difference. Kindness is so rare today and I appreciated her so much. Definitely will return next time I am traveling out of Newark!
