Holiday Inn Express Tampa N I-75 - University Area

If you do not mind cold showers, luke warm at best, it is a good hotel in a good location. |I ask front desk to check hot water and they told me they would and get back with me. Never heard back. Also overheard two other guest talking at breakfast about no hot water and they told front desk also and was told it may be because of the cold weather, low was around 40, and that was three days after I let the front desk know. |I travel for work and have stayed in hundred of holiday inn expresses and never had an issue with no hot water for more than 1 day. I am on day 7!!|Never again.

Christopher at the front desk welcomed us with a big smile when we walked in. Our room was ready, even tho we were early. He is friendly and efficient, even took the luggage cart back for me. The room was clean and spacious with good lighting and plenty of outlets. The brekafast staff were friendly and attentive. There were eggs, sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, assorted breads, pancakes, cereals, yogurt, and much more, including fresh hot coffee. We would stay here again!

had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tampa North - I-75 University Area! From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The hotel was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere. My room was spacious, spotless, and had all the amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed, a large TV, and a well-equipped bathroom. The staff was exceptional—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Whether it was the front desk team or housekeeping, everyone provided great service with a smile. The complimentary breakfast was a great perk, with a variety of options to choose from, including fresh coffee, eggs, and pastries. It was a great way to start the day before heading out. Spacious enough room, very pleasant and efficient staff, good breakfast that was ready on time and a nice patio with a pool and a hot tub. However, be warned the hot tub is not for the faint of heart. If your looking to experience a polar plunge in sunny Florida, you've found your destination. Just grab your suit

Brilliant hotel overall (8.5/10). Stayed 4 nights in March. Nice, well sized room. Great bed, very comfy. Everything worked as it should, and was of the standard you'd expect from a Holiday Inn Express. Very good breakfast. Great staff, very friendly. I would definitely stay again, as for the price paid ($92 total per night) it was great value.
