Let’s start with the good. The location is great and parking was easy. Breakfast was good (not the omelet it was frozen and awful) and the gym was nice. The room was nice and had a coffee maker. The down side, there is a draft that sweeps across the first floor each time the front door is opened. It causes all the doors to rattle and wind whistled under the door. Every single time. I asked the front desk about it and they said putting a towel under the door would stop it (it did not) and having to put a towel under a door to stop a noise is ridiculous. I slept 1.7 hours according to my watch. I could have slept in my car and it would have been better. There are a lot of hotels in that area and they’ll have my business next time I come through.

We stayed at this hotel on our way back from Texas. The hotel is extremely clean, we were greeted immediately upon arrival and had our room key within minutes! Our room was large, very clean, and quiet! Breakfast was the highlight of our stay. Lorenzo works in the breakfast area and was extremely attentive to everyone. He went around offering everyone a bottle of water, he picked up empty plates and threw them away, he continually restocked the food, and he did it all with a smile on his face! This kind of hospitality is hard to find these days and we thoroughly appreciated it!

Positive: Good location, great breakfast. Negative: First floor room had a back draft/pressure change under the door that was annoyingly loud. Alarm clock in the room was unreadable, TV channels did not match the paper guide in the room.

Specifically to the gentleman working the kitchen, thank you for your hospitality and customer service. I travel for work and stay for weeks in hotels at various locations around the world. My stayed was highlighted by the effort given to the continental breakfast provided by the hotel chain. The area was clean and prepared for guests. Food was cooked and served to perfection. The breakfast staff were attentive to the needs of guests. And this is a chain hotel continental breakfast! This attention to detail was outstanding!

Always use this location when traveling thru. Usually amazing service. Food is amazing. Front desk staff can be challenging at times, I've had to summon their manager before, she's usually very polite and helpful. I checked in recently and found her at desk, fairly late..checked in and small talk took a left turn...I was informed she would be there overnight and willing to keep me company. This was my first interaction with her without my spouse.I was completely blown away. I told my wife but we decided to just start staying somewhere else because this was not the person we had spoken to many times before....when I departed two days later, I was hearing very load moaning coming from two rooms away while I was gathering my stuff.I would say it was late check out and as I left I ran straigh
