Drury Plaza Hotel Mt. Vernon

We had a very nice stay at this Drury Inn. Our room was clean and everything was in good condition. This appeared to be a very popular hotel based on the number of people in the lobby and pool area. The front desk people were friendly and efficient. We had zero complaints other than no non alcoholic beer available with the drink coupons. We would stay again.

We had a great experience at this hotel. Everyone was very kind and super helpful! Kids enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool & hot tub! As a family we really enjoyed the kickback food & drinks. There was something for everyone, even the picky eater found something. Breakfast was by far the best breakfast I have had at a hotel. They made homemade pancakes and eggs! The room was clean. The beds were comfy and the rooms were quitet. We will definitely be staying again on our long trips across the country.

I travel a lot and stay in a lit of hotels and I am blown away by how great this stay was. Above and beyond on all levels, the room was very large. Hundreds of people getting food and they kept it sparkling clean the whole time. The friendliest staff with positive attitudes. The pool is both indoor and outdoor, the hot tub is oversized and perfect temp. The food and drinks were very good, fresh with so many options. I have found a new favorite for sure. Special shout out to Lexi who is just a gem.

I saw a few excellent reviews but should have read them all! This hotel is horrible! I booked 2 double rooms. The rooms smelled of pet urine. We had to call corporate to get a refund, which I'm waiting for.

This hotel provided a quiet, clean, and spacious room with a comfortable bed. Also, the fitness center was nice and offered a good variety of equipment- but it was the staff who made this stay memorable! EVERYONE I crossed paths with had something positive to say- from ‘good morning’ to complementing my workout leggings (front dest, Stephanie, I think). The maintenance man said good morning. The housekeeper mopping the 7th floor in front often the elevators wished us a good day and everyone in the breakfast area was warm and genuine. Violy (sorry if misspelled) in the breakfast area is the what everyone in the hospitality field should strive to be.
