The room was comfortable however I was disappointed with how many amenities were either out of order or simply not cared for. Hot breakfast items were left empty consistently, no water in the fitness center for the entire length of my stay and the majority of the hand sanitizer stations were left empty . Parking is a bit strange as well- only a few spaces up front then everything else is behind the hotel. This makes it challenging for solo travelers with a decent amount of luggage. Outside of the parking I hope management can work to improve these items for future guests.

Positive: Location was great. Personnel were friendly and helpful. Negative: One of the lights in our room the first night would not turn off and we had to sleep with it on all night. The next day maintenance came and fixed it for us.

The staff at the front desk were very attentive and professional. The hotel offers snacks, chips, frozen dinners, cold drinks for a fee, if you rather stay in. The lobby, breakfast area, elevator, and hallways were clean. Our king bed was comfortable, the bathroom is roomy with good lighting. They provide Dove products (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, gel hand soap & lotion) in the bathroom. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet! Breakfast is provided with your stay. They have the make on demand coffee machines. Every cup is made from fresh ground coffee beans. ☕️ Breakfast consists of eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, yogurt, pancakes, toast, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice, water, milk. As you walk into the lobby, there is a clean fresh scent in the air. The staff is welcoming and the hotel looks new and nice. The rooms are comfortable and the lighting is great. They have a mini Keurig which is so convenient. They also have a fridge, microwave and safe. These are appreciated because a lot of hotels no longer offer them! The bed was comfortable. We were on the second floor and the road noise was bad. Other than that, this is a great hotel and great value for your money!

The room was comfortable and clean. The upstairs neighbors were noisy and I had no problem knowing what they were doing all night. Bring your ear plugs.
