Unless you’re literally crashing and getting up the next morning and heading out, I would avoid this hotel. The beds were ok. There was no shower curtain, most of the outlets in the room didn’t work, there was so hair dryer, the coffee was disgusting, most of the breakfast was inedible and the whole time I’ve sat in this desk chair to type this review, it’s slowly been sinking lower. They upgraded us to a suite when we checked in because they were booked, but the ac can’t keep up with the larger room and one side was freezing while one side was hot. Not the best experience. We would have gone elsewhere if we knew.
The hot tub was broken, the indoor pool water was freezing, the coffee maker in the rm was broken & still had water probably from a previous guest who also couldn’t make coffee. The room was sparse, seemed to be missing furniture probably a leftover issue from the Covid stuff. The ‘bench’ seat in the room is very uncomfortable. |Breakfast was ok. Bed was comfortable. Hotel seemed clean everywhere. |PS: does anyone where a ‘uniform’ anymore? Or name tags? Apparently sweat pants, huddles, and such are the current standards making identifying an employee difficult.
This was my first time staying at this location. 1st of all there’s no free parking. The building is old and makes loud noises in the middle of the night. The owner is from the Middle East…. The place is on a tight budget and let me reiterate the owner is from the middle east. It’s more so decent if you’re staying 1 night and it’s just 1 person but definitely not sufficient for an extended stay. The room was small but kinda cozy. The view was decent but the overall atmosphere and architecture was OUTDATED!!!
This place was amazing. Sophia at the front desk was a grest way to start my mornings. Always has a great smile, and a wonderful cheerful spirit that made the stay worth while. Will definitely be back.
The staff were very polite and accommodating to my needs and requests. The variety on breakfast, and how quickly food was brought out was impressive. I do have some very minor issues, but nothing that made me say, "This is awful." I believe, with appropriate standards, this location exceeds expectations and will be a place I return to. Overall, I do recommend this hotel.
