Holiday Inn Express & Suites Charlotte North by IHG

Beautiful hotel inside and out. Outside is well-lit and there are security cameras which give an added feeling of safety. Lobby is clean and inviting. Front desk clerk (Porsha) was professional, friendly and efficient with our check-in. Room itself was clean, quiet and odor-free. Hotel was fully booked but we never heard any other patrons. Bed/pillows were clean and quite comfortable. Bathroom/shower were clean and fully functional. Breakfast was basic but good quality and it hit the spot. If l am in this area again soon l will definitely return. What a nice hotel!

My stay here was a very pleasant stay. I had asked for an early check in and the front desk clerk Crystal assisted me with no hesitation..She was very polite nd courteous throughout my whole process. She was also very knowledgeable on the area, when I asked her about a few places to go. FYI..there is a club in walking distance from the hotel..Also housekeeping kept my bed made up everyday nd me with fresh towels..The breakfast was decent, nothing to call home to mom about but the serving area was very clean. The food did satisfy the early morning hunger to get you started for the day, I can say that. My overall stay I would rate it a 9.5/10..

Don't stay in room 213. It's directly above the main entrance door. I heard the door slide open and closed all night. It was the worst night ever! The bathroom sink didn't drain. The sad thing is that there were very few people in the hotel so they could have given us a decent room.

Me and my girlfriend stayed here last weekend. We had a ball. Breakfast is so good. Crystal is absolutely amazing. Kind. Friendly. Caring. Why isn’t she the manager?? She makes the atmosphere feel better!

We were traveling for a vacating and needed a place to stop for the night. I spent way to long looking for a hotel that didn't have cockroaches, bugs, dirty or unsafe in the review! I finally came upon reviews for this IHG hotel, looked up the most recent reviews and it was all positive! We stayed here one night, were able to get the last available double queen room that I booked online. I called the front desk to make sure the booking went through and to let them know we would be a late check in. There was no issues at all. One we got checked in, walked through a very nice lobby, took the clean elevator up to the 4th floor, and went into our room. Still nervous about other hotel reviews, I flipped through all the sheets and pillows, looked in every corner, under the beds and furniture,
