Holiday Inn Express & Suites Charlotte Airport by IHG

Staff was very accommodating- found me a quiet room end of hall, only negative was very low water pressure in the shower (I have long hair, difficult to rinse with low pressure). Bed was very comfortable. Elijah at check in was very friendly and helpful. We used the park-ride rate. The shuttle was easy and efficient. Al was a very friendly and helpful driver. We would stay here again.

Positive: The staff were very accomodating, and helpful. The shuttle driver was very helpful, as was one of the hotel employees. Negative: The microwave in my room was not working, so I had to warm my food up using the lobby dining area microwave.

Great hotel. Staff is amazing! Shout out to Jermaine Bowman and Mercedes - breakfast was delicious and Mercedes was so kind and helpful everyday! She made me feel comfortable and was so hospitable!! Jermaine, I enjoyed the food at breakfast and thanks for helping me with my English Muffin!!

Excellent stay near the airport. Check-in was fast, the staff were friendly and professional, and the hotel felt clean and well maintained. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable—great bed, good water pressure, and the A/C worked perfectly. Breakfast was a big plus with plenty of options, and everything was stocked and fresh. It was also quiet at night, which made it easy to rest. Parking was convenient, and the location is ideal for quick access to the airport and nearby food options. Would definitely stay here again.

One of the smoothest check-ins I’ve ever had at a hotel! Service was great front desk representative James really went above and beyond for me and my son. He made sure to get a crib in the room for me since I had forgotten to put that in the reservation and extra blankets! The experience was great all team members went above and beyond.
