The hotel is fantastic in terms of accessibility, cleanliness and service. Clean rooms and super friendly staff. Dee, Mellisa, Alison and Vic were extremely friendly. Dee helped us with the bags as well since we had a toddler and since we checked in really late at night. Melisa, Alison and Vic were super friendly as well and also helped us with some amenities we needed for our toddler. Highly recommend this hotel and 5 stars to the staff.

Great Hotel! I had an excellent stay at this Holiday Inn Express, and everything from check-in to checkout was smooth and pleasant. The hotel was spotless, well organized, and very comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Victor (VIC), who delivered truly outstanding customer service. VIC was extremely polite, attentive, and genuinely caring, always making sure every guest felt welcomed and supported. Thanks to the great service, cleanliness, and hospitality, I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation!

Their beds, and sofa beds are surprisingly comfortable.|* Well lit, quiet, and noise free hallways.|* Free self parking around the hotel|* The complimentary breakfast they offer to their guests has plenty of choices where to choose from. I’ll be honest I was a little worried because some of the reviews online about the staff and cleanliness were awful. However that was the opposite of our experience. The front desk staff were extremely welcoming and friendly which was very much appreciated. The overall hotel was very updated and clean. Our room was super clean and comfortable. We had no issues. There is a large variety for breakfast, but the quality was poor and didn’t taste good. We would definitely stay here again. Great experience and highly recommend.

Me and my grandma , travel a lot and came in asking for help navigating. Alison was amazing pointed us in the right direction and treated us like valued customers . In our 3 years of traveling have never meant an employee with so much great energy an eager to assist. Spring break we definitely plan on staying at this establishment as long as Alison and others like her are working there . Thanks again !! Please share our gratitude with her !!
