Holiday Inn Express & Suites Austin NW - Arboretum Area by IHG

I was in town for the Austin International Half marathon and was just winging it on a hotel with no reservation. I chose the Holiday Inn due to it being close to the starting line of the race. Bri was the Front desk clerk and she was so sweet and informative. She was so personable even giving me restaurant suggestions and smiled through all my questions and running stories. The hotel was beautiful and so clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've had at a hotel. Such a pleasant stay and will be my go to hotel when I make it to Austin. ❤️

I stayed February 15th late checkin at night unplanned bc my daughter was having a baby near by. The lady who was there for me to check me in was so beyond great. I can't even explain how helpful she was. I'm so grateful to her she was like an angel. We had wonderful stay and will always remember how wonderful she was.

his hotel is impeccable — from the spotless rooms to the outstanding kindness of the staff. I stay here frequently when doing business in the city, and it is always my first choice. I also use their conference rooms for my business meetings, and Nikki is an exceptional host, always attentive to every detail. The front desk team is incredibly friendly and always willing to find solutions to any situation. God bless you all.

The cleaning staff was exceptional. Clean towels and room was nice after returning from a long day of fishing. We did have to skip breakfast a few times as our fishing guides wanted to start early. Beds are very comfortable. Off ramp construction was only negative and that looked close to being done

I just add this update to my review because you are responding with incorrect information, and I do not want other customers to think that I wrote something inaccurately. Good lack with your business managing. We booked this hotel specifically because another property in the chain explained that there is late check-out for members and that's what we needed. We were only given 12 PM instead of 11 AM, and they wouldn’t allow even 1 PM. At another good hotel outside the chain we were allowed until 1 PM, so the member benefits are clearly not as promised and provide no real advantage, there’s no reason to be a member or choose this hotel, and we were misled by another hotel in the chain. I don't know what is the membership for..... also the points are not given in any visit.
