Holiday Inn Express & Suites Allentown West by IHG

Staff is extremely nice, helpful top 10 hospitality, front desk extremely helpful, we were going through a snow storm and they fed me dinner. Ive been through 100 of holiday inn, but this staff offer 5 star status to every one. Jayleen, hla, hLaing manager their both awesome they treat you like family. Best holiday inn I've ever stayed inn you have to check them out. You wont be disappointed.thanks to donald he works hard great job sir I promise you they are worth it.

We stayed one night while we were in town for an Art Festival. Our stay started out with a friendly and welcoming young lady at the front desk. Jayleen was so sweet and made us feel noticed and welcomed. Our bed was so comfortable! And the room was clean. I was so happy to see pump had soap in the bathroom ! It’s about time someone figured that out ! I won’t miss the little bar of soap. |The ladies did a nice job with the breakfast bar. And BeBe was friendly and helpful at check out. |We will stay here again when we come back to the Art Show next year.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Front desk receptionist not welcoming, terrible/judgmental attitude. Rushed during breakfast were picking up the food/trash before we even finished, also cursing/abrupt. My guest was bitten by bugs. Housekeeping opened the door as I was getting dressed.

This was the second time I stayed in this hotel over the past two weeks Jaylene was a wonderful hostess for us. The hotel has a nice clean pool and a gym that can be used. The staff was super friendly. The breakfast is good. They offer cookies in the afternoon And hot tea is available at any time. The rooms are super clean. If you are a light sleeper I recommend staying in a odd numbered room as that side of the street is very quiet the even side it was very noisy for me.

There is a reason why rates at this place are lower than most others in the area - it is because you get what you pay for... 1) wifi - stinks , 2) hot water - so/so 3) parking spots size work great if you have a small car 4) you can take advantage of "free" breakfast only if you don't have anywhere else to be early in the morning since it does not start until 7am on weekends and 5) if other guests make too much noise after the hotel's 10pm designated quiet time, don't expect anything to be done even if you complain. Remember - you get what you pay for here. Don't make the same mistake that I did
