Holiday Inn Express & Suites Albany Airport - Wolf Road by IHG

I had to get a room for my 17yr old and 21 yr old friend because of Car trouble and they were in Albany for a concert. The first hotel wouldn’t let me book a room for them because they were not of age , I know her friend is 21 and that is of age anywhere else. I callled here and was able to secure a very nice room for them. They enjoyed the pool and breakfast. They slept very well and felt very safe in Parking lot going into hotel. I am so appreciative of this place helping us out and keeping these two youngings safe for the night.

Positive: Clean, close to airport, restaurants and shopping. Negative: Oatmeal wasn’t ready when breakfast started so wasn’t able to eat. Would be nice if there was some hot food like potatoes for vegans instead of two types of sausage

I had a great experience during my stay. The staff was welcoming and friendly and always ready to assist with any needs. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and convenient location, which made it easy to explore the area. If I had to suggest anything for improvement, it would be to offer a wider selection of breakfast options and perhaps extend the fitness center hours. Overall, I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

I came for a meeting and really liked the location but my pillows were not comfortable, they look fluffy but become flat very quickly. The pool is tiny but at least they have one. The breakfast was ok. The pancake machine is amazing. I think the staff were really friendly. I think a lot of people stay here because Albany is the capital and there are all the meetings. It seemed like they had free airport pick up too since the air port is only 10 minutes away. I would stay here again.
