Holiday Inn Express Lexington

The hotel was great! We stayed with a pet overnight and you couldn't tell that the hotel was pet friendly. The room, halls, lobby, and breakfast area were immaculate. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were friendly. Breakfast as served for a decent length of time and the offerings were wide and fresh. The grounds were well kept and there was extensive areas for dogs. We had to park a large trailer and there is space in the overflow parking to park and maneuver a truck and trailer. Restaurants are in walking distance. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel.

If you have any questions they are difficult to get ahold of. Stay was fine, paid reservation 10 days before stay through booking.com. When I checked out I was charged more than the original stay AGAIN on my card. When dealing with customer service, I was met with phones hanging up, long wait times, and no additional help. I was basically told to deal with the issue of my bank account being charged twice, almost $500, for a one night stay. Will not be using this facility again.

This place was great. Rooms were very clean, staff was friendly and polite. Bed was comfortable. Would absolutely choose here to stay in the future.

I stayed at 3 different hotels during my 3 weeks in Lexington for work and this one was by far my favorite. It is very clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was always a great start to my day while away from home for work. Gary in the breakfast area is a superstar! He is very friendly and engaging and also very informative about the area and what is happening! Thank you all for making me feel at home while away from home... I'm only sad that I was not able to extend when my trip was extended due to the hotel being full, but I will definitely book here again when I need to come to town for work or play.

Stayed here for a quick night while traveling. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the beds were so cozy we slept like babies after a long day of driving! We also had our two dogs with us so it’s great that this location is dog friendly which made our lives even easier. Within the same driveway/lot there’s a gas station and an Applebees making travel life easier. Other restaurants really close by as well.
