Comfort Inn Lexington Virginia Horse Center

Room was clean, very comfortable and generally the staff was good. Two of the female desk clerks were a little off-putting, but the two gentlemen desk clerks were extremely helpful and polite. One even provided me with a ride when I discovered Uber is non-existent in Lexington. He clearly went above and beyond expectations and I was so greatful. I would definitely recommend this Hotel for activities in and around Lexington. Just make sure you have your own transportation.

My daughter and i arrived at midnight after a LONG 6 hour drive. There was no one at the front desk. We wondered around and called out. Eventually, I started calling the main number at Comfort Inn because we didn't know what to do. I'm on hold with them when a man wonders into the lobby with a bowl of cereal. No name tag or anything so I actually thought he was a guest. No acknowledgment that we were standing three with luggage. He walks past us and into an unlocked door and comes out at the desk can says, "Can I see your ID?" How about saying, "Sorry for the wait. Are you checking in?" Check in took forever. Not appreciated, but at the end of the day, the room was comfortable, and quiet. Didn't have the breakfast, but I certainly wouldn't expect much. I'm not sure I'd stay here aga

Very good value close to the interstate. Our room was clean and comfortable, and both the desk and phone staff was courteous and helpful. Breakfast was fine, and there were plenty of other options for food nearby. Highly recommended for a pet-friendly stopover on your drive. I will note that it was a little bit tricky to find when we pulled in late at night. Pay extra close attention to your maps app!

Older hotel with an indoor pool right across front desk. Decent breakfast with waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, bread, juice and coffee . Beds were fairly comfortable. Room was clean. Nice shower. Shampoo,conditioner and body wash dispensers in shower. Hair dryer, iron. Overall nice experience.
