Our room lay out was perfect, we had no trouble checking after booking before our trip. We were a day late from our booking due to our long trip and needing to rest and they called us to make sure we were okay. The woman with blue hair was very nice when she came in to tell us it was time to close the pool and even talked to my young children very kindly when they asked a million questions. Room service was great when it came and despite some mild construction that we saw on other rooms on our floor, the noise was low and the halls were clean. The price was excellent and we would book this hotel again. May be because of the season we came, but beetles that we saw in recent reviews were not a problem. We had reservations for two nights traveled in for my daughter’s wedding. We had a sweet when checked in the AC was not working. The room was 76°. I notified the front desk two times so that evening. Even ask if they had a fan.||Next morning, I went down to the front desk and asked them about the issue that things needed to change either. I needed to leave to find another accommodations or they could get someone to fix the AC or possibly move to another room. Suite was mediocre. Had to catch and flush stink-bugs though the night, Breakfast was over at 0930, And they removed the coffee after. There could have been light pastry or at least coffee who get who missed breakfast, Also, the no refund policy is unjust, Especially when the potential guest gives a six day notice. For as much money as I paid, seems like there would have been at least one complimentary bottle of water per guest.

Positive: Pool was decent. Seems to be a safe area. Negative: . We had an awful experience. Several outlets didn't work- plug would fall right out of the socket, the one light didn't work, the bathtub drain plug didn't work. The smell of the hotel room was very musty smelled like an old refrigerator had to keep the window open to be able to stand it. We actually left a day earlier than expected after spending 12 hours at the horse shows we drove through the night 6.5 hours due to not wanting to spend another night in the hotel. I’ll start with positive - the breakfast is prepackaged so you know it’s somewhat clean. Now the negative & there’s a lot. SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY AND DO NOT STAY HERE 🙂 Your room may or may not be infested with stink bugs. I mean INFESTED. Not a stray one here or there. We live an hour away and know about stink bugs and that one or two can get in. Our room was infested with- photos for proof. So, because of that of course we requested to change rooms immediately, because who pays $300 a night to sleep with BUGS. Second, the room we were moved to was a furnace.
