Holiday Inn Dallas Market Ctr Love Field by IHG

This place is so close to the highway you can hear vehicles of all sorts and sizes as well as air brakes all night long and the air conditioning system does not allow to run the fan on auto to drown out the noise! No sleep for the weary! On a positive note the room was spacious and clean, and the employees are very friendly.

The shuttle drivers, front desk staff, maintenance personnel and everyone else here were amazing. I was down here to help out with the winter storm and jobs kept changing quickly and the front desk staff would get my reservation reinstated after I had checked out. The shuttle drivers were super friendly and the maintenance personnel were awesome. Because of the super low temperatures, they let me plug in the block heater on my 18 wheeler so I was able to hit the road quicker if I got a call about the storm. Hands down, one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at.

From the moment I walked in, the hotel felt so relaxing. The lobby and hallways smelled clean and calming, which was such a relief after a long, stressful travel day. The room itself was spotless and fully stocked with everything I needed. The pool was clear and well maintained, which made for a nice little break. The staff really made the stay stand out, from the friendly front desk receptionist to the helpful cleaning lady, the shuttle driver, and even the staff whose names I didn’t catch. Everyone was genuinely kind and seemed happy to be there. We were even greeted with free cupcakes when we arrived, which was such a sweet touch. Our room was very comfortable, clean, bright, and inviting. We enjoyed being in that room with a view to the pool area as well. The pool was a fun and comfortable area as well. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety to choose from. The onsite laundry service was great to be able to use. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. The hotel smelt great as soon as we walked in, every area was clean and tidy. The shuttle service was fantastic, didn’t have to worry about making it to the airport on time, and the hotel guest services held all of our luggage until it was time to get on the shuttle. I have zero complaints and highly recommend.

Very clean facility. Randy at the front desk was absolutely stellar when he checked me in. He was sweet and very informative of the amenities offered. The bartender Robert made the best espresso martini I've ever had. T in the restaurant was so nice when I came in and made a delicious burger. Absolutely one of the best stays I've ever had at a Holiday Inn. Thank you for being so hospitable during my stay!
