Holiday Inn Austin North - Round Rock, an IHG Hotel

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were attending a Jiu Jitsu tournament next door. The hotel is next to the sports center (walking distance) with a connected sidewalk. There is also a CVS connected to the hotel through a driveway (walking distance). Hotel is at least 30 mins from the airport. Rooms have microwave, small fridge, Keurig & a pool. Rooms are nice & aesthetically pleasing. They have Dove brand soap & body wash in rooms. Has a breakfast & dinner option that you pay for. My family ate the breakfast buffet option for $10 & really enjoyed it. One of the very few downsides to this hotel is that there are only Ice machines on the 3rd & 4th floor but not 1st & 2nd. Also some of the electrical plugs in the room did not work but there were enough to choose from. We will stay

Positive: The hospitality of the employees Negative: The indoor pool wasn’t outright established as not useable, most people choose this hotel for that specifically just to find out it’s not open.

We stayed here recently with a large group of adults and older teenagers. The hotel had recently been under construction, as evinced by the large piles of unsecured construction debris creating a hazard outside the hotel. One of our kids was seriously injured trying to close the curtains when the window box fell down on his head. On inspection the box had not been properly bolted on to the brackets. Another adult was injured when the plumbing fixture fell out while he was showering. We heard from another guest that the same thing happened in his shower. Keys were continuously malfunctioning. Our room had a broken off electric prong stuck in the outlet. ||Hotel staff was incredibly rude, bordering on abusive. They did not apologize when confronted about the hazardous conditio

The bar was amazing. Love Tanya and her amazing customer service. So great making the atmosphere feel welcoming. She is the icing to the cake of this location. Keep her and utilize everything she has to offer! We will be back!

I had a wonderful experience. The staff was great overall. The facility was very well kept and the front desk folks were genuine. I had dinner in the lounge. Tonya demonstrates a courtesan host role that should be duplicated. Kaitlyn is the best front desk professional. "Mic Drop"
