Customer Reviews
Rooms are a little worn down but otherwise was a good stay. Really good breakfast for a 3-star hotel (minus the desserts, which were dry). I had to make a last-minute booking for an extra night and getting it sorted came with super fast and friendly service. Wasn't able to extend my original booking due to capacity at the time and I'm grateful they told me I could stay in the same room.
2/8/26 Pretty nice polite diverse staff . Gixed my TV and the equipment that was malfunctioned. 2/9/26 Hotel was still nice overall and beds very comfortable but I had s issue with the lady at the front desk(griselda) I called from my room at about 9pm asked about late checkout and was extremly rude. Then I asked if I could have because I wanted another for my she refused and told me " this is Holiday in not your home".. There was a guy named Stephen who was very nice and went out of his way to help though so overall still positive
Worst hotel! Front desk was nice, but other than that it is terrible. The hotel is wayyy outdated. It feels very crammed and filthy inside. The room is supposed to be “smoke free”, but as soon as we stepped in the elevator to our floor and room, we could smell the strong smoke/weed scent. The bed and room was dirty. For $120 a night, you can get something better. The pictures and the reviews can be deceiving lol. The shower had mold. We could barely breathe the air felt dirty. The housekeeping were so dam loud in the morning.
The staff that checked us in were quick. The rooms were clean but lighting was very poor not only for makeup but also for the 97 year old guest we had. There was plenty of other teenagers around whom were very respectful. Staff was courteous but busy.. The dinner staff were excellent and easy to carry a conversation with. My 97 year old relative was a little demanding but none the less there was patience and a kind heart with plenty of kindness. The dinner was not so good the chicken was cold and pinkish for two of us. But we still ate some without complaining.
The highlight of this one night stay was the front desk service. The desk clerk could not have been more friendly and helpful on check in. After I was bumped from another Holiday inn due to a technical problem at the hotel, he provided me with free breakfast for every night of my four night stay. ||Unfortunately, the room was terrible and although they advertise having on-site laundry, none of the equipment was working .||This is one of those Holiday inns left over from the 1960s. They might have upgraded the furniture in the room sometime within the last 15 or 20 years, but it's dirty and stained. The sliding glass door leading onto the balcony was so old it was falling off of the tracks. The room was noisy. Freeway noise easily penetrated the 1960s exterior doors and windows. ||The hotel
