Holiday Inn Austin Airport by IHG

My stay was wonderful. I had a delayed flight. Not only was the customer service great. I was picked up by shuttle. The bar tender was great and my room was very clean. This is definitely the hotel I’m choosing whenever i come to Austin. They did not disappoint thank you all for the wonderful stay.

Very lovely new hotel. Rooms very nice with good shower pressure.|Only one annoyance - I ended up on an earlier flight, so I arrived at the hotel before 3 pm check-in. I asked if they had any rooms I could check into. I was told they had some rooms, but it would be a $50 charge to check in before 3pm. So you have an available room, but I can’t check in unless I pay $50? Oh no thank you. I’ve been up since 5 am and now it’s 11, and I would love a chance to unpack and take a deep breath before my 1pm meeting, but not for $50. Tacky move Holiday Inn, and with all the hotels in the vicinity, it will be easy to choose another in the future.

Our family enjoyed our stay here on a recent vacation. It is close to the airport and allowed us to stay in a convenient, safe and affordable part of town. The rooms were immaculately clean, the beds were soft, and the rooms were reasonably quiet even though the hotel is by the highway. The food at breakfast was great. My only suggestion would be to hire some extra wait staff during breakfast. It can take a while to order breakfast and get going in the morning. Overall we were highly impressed with our stay. Great job!

One of the best Holiday Inns. Rooms are big and spacious, water pressure is phenomenal in the shower and gets extra hot. AC blows super cold air, rooms, hallways, and common areas smell amazing and are clean! Staff is super nice as well. Beds are super soft and comfortable as well! All in all this Hotel is better than some of the Mariotts and Hyatt Regencys and even some Westins. Only wish it was in a better spot The only things Ill say I did not enjoy. 1. TV does not have Netflix or any streaming on it, you can hook up your computer (if you have all the cables with you). 2. The restaurant prices are a bit much considering it's a Holiday Inn. And the food you can tell is not fresh, it's just reheated from a package which is fine, however for the price, not worth.

These rooms are the nicest I recall seeing for a holiday inn!! Very nice! Just don’t expect to be able to get change for a $5 at the front desk or the restaurant for your housekeeping or van tips!! I did end up getting change from the van driver, for the record.
