Pleasantly surprised! Nice and clean budget option. Rooms are spacious, bathrooms dated but well kept and clean, comfortable beds. Quiet and close to the beach! One thing I really appreciated was that the WiFi reaches the pool deck, so you can do some work from your laptop by the pool! Staff was friendly, and the ice cream shop, bumper cars, arcade and mini golf right across the parking lot make it a great spot for families!

Early June is off season and my stay was very quiet and the room clean. I was placed next to pool on ground floor, which looked pristine, and counted 8 cars in lot, so I don't know what summer season is like with lots of families. Attached to the property is ice cream, unfinished furniture store, bumper cars and miniature golf, so many reasons for families to flock here and add activities. I road my bike to beaches and walked to coffee/breakfast. Location is perfect for visiting nearby towns like Chatham and Harwich Port by car. All staff very pleasant, location feels very secure and safe.

Stayed there for 3 nights last week. The air quality in the room was horrendous. I took a quick look at the AC filter and it was filled with dust. The room had a very strong humidity smell that when I washed my clothes back home, they still had the humidity smell. The sheets were not clean, and the lighting in the room was very poor. Only a couple of yellow bulbs and the window had opaque shades. If the shades aren’t closed, your room is exposed to the parking lot. The fridge has not freezing compartment. The towels were clean and the bathroom too. The mattress was very soft. We had an iron and ironing table. Room services was good.

the thing about some of these hotels on cape cod is #1 they're ratchet, and usually for phone or online service, they are not even on site their staff is actually in another country or at some other secretive location. I booked and there was nothing stated about cancelling etc. and I have the protection on the stay. I am being charged one night because I have a family emergency and cannot go, ratchet. only booked it because was convenient to something I had to do on the cape. Unless you want to pay huge money to stay in one of the Cape's somewhat " exclusive" resorts, don't stay anywhere on the cape it's all ratchet. The end. That is why I head to Maine, never again. I'm all set ! wouldn't suggest anyone book here they will screw you over.
