Historic Sellwood Guest House

Had a lovely 2 day stay at this beautiful, charming house fall 2022. I lodged in an upstairs bedroom, which was perfectly decorated, with soft sheets and perfectly comfortable mattress and quilt. The bathroom, right across the hall, was spotless and cute. The owner, Kristin, is helpful and available, making this an even better experience for me as a traveler. There is a lot of love and care put into this historic home, making it a homey respite for anyone needing a great place to stay in Sellwood.

This is a fantastic place to stay! Kristin and Kip were extremely welcoming and fun to talk to. They shared the best places to visit in Portland, and then we connected over our favorite sci-fi novels. The room itself was super comfortable as well - after each night I was refreshed and ready to explore the city.

Most wholesome home you could possibly stay in. It's in the perfect location for walking round the neighborhood hitting some cute Sellwood restaurants and not to far from the freeway if you want to drive around Portland. The hosts Kristen and Kip are lovely people who truly care about Portland and your experience in the city. I stay all the time regularly for my trips to Portland. Great value for money, well take care of, super cute and wholesome I feel very safe here.

Amazing accommodations!! Very responsive and flexible, great communication throughout entire booking process to include recommendations for food/entertainment and parking guidance. Room was comfortable, clean, and every want and need was handled expediently with great care. Will most certainly be back!! GREAT stay!!

This is the most fantastic house to stay at. The room is cozy and the house is warm and inviting. Super short walk to tons of coffee shops and town shops- all small local businesses. Amazing stay and amazing hosts!!
