Best Western Premier Rockville Hotel & Suites

This hotel is a great place to stay in the area. It is clean, comfortable and has the best staff ever! My son and his wife stayed here when we had a family reunion and I didn't have enough bedrooms in the house. My son's wife left her expensive pregnancy pillow in the bedroom. I went over the next morning and Rosa, at the front desk, was so helpful. She went to the room and it had already been cleaned and the pillow wasn't there. But Rosa continued looking for quite a while and at last she found it! We were so grateful! And the sales manager at this hotel, Romel Demelo, is always so helpful to me whenever I need to book for family reunions. I recommend this hotel to all my friends in the area.

Pleasantly surprised! The hotel was clean and updated. The staff was fantastic especially Catherine at the bar. I was there for a soccer tournament with many families. The hotel made sure breakfast was available and perfectly fresh. They were always accommodating which is great especially when such a big group. There is some sort of duct(?) work that was being done but it was minimal with no impact to the guests. I would definitely recommend and stay .

Positive: Nicely maintained hotel; beautiful older hotel with a "grandness" about it. Great parking; nice restaurant. Negative: Beds were comfortable but pillows were not! No pool. Quiet in room and hall but outdoor HVAC was loud.

Idc what these other comments say. Place looks nice, seems clean, has decent breakfast but!!! Im in room 425 and there are mice/rats running around the walls. You can hear them scratching things. Then of course you bring it up to someone and all noises stop. But the second people leave the room the rustling starts again in the wall against the bathroom and behind the bed. Im just glad work pays for the hotel rooms.

Bottom line up front: No employee of this hotel gives a damn.| |The first room we were given was an absolute mess and had obviously not been prepared for occupancy. It had not been cleaned at all and the prior guests' refuse was still scattered about the room. Naturally, we returned to the desk and demanded another room, which we were given, but with total nonchalance and not a hint of an apology. After the second day of our five-day stay, we requested that our room be cleaned and that new linens and towels be supplied. This request was ignored. Despite our daily requests, AT NO TIME DURING OUR STAY WAS OUR ROOM CLEANED. We were forced to empty our own trash cans and take our trash down to the lobby and request new trash bags from the front desk. The only way we were able to receive fresh
