Customer Reviews
I am so excited to give this review! I have wanted to stay here for a long time and it was an amazing location! Even more beautiful than I could have imagined. Romantic and peaceful. Wonderful service from all of the customer service professionals and we felt well taken care of and welcomed by one and all! I loved our room and it was incredibly clean. I loved the grounds and I will be back again for sure. Location is excellent to a lot of different attractions. The prices for drinks were expensive which was disappointing. The drinks and service however were perfect! The lobby was beautiful and romantic. The front desk was so polite and helpful. Would recommend to friends and family.
The hotel itself was nice and was situated in a lovely area. However, they were trying to charge us for amenities that were included in our package, so much so that one of the waitresses tracked us down and didn’t feel the need to check our room number (which would have shown our package). The AC in the room was also not working properly and would only cool the room to 73. Noise level was good, it was very clean, the bed was comfy but it was an overall uncomfortable stay.
The location is absolutely beautiful and one of the best parts of staying here. The rooms are a decent size and overall felt comfortable, making it a great spot for an overnight stay. The only cleanliness issue I noticed was that the toilet wasn’t fully clean, there were some stains under the lid. Thankfully, I had Clorox wipes with me and was able to clean it myself. Aside from that, the rest of the room was comfortable and met my expectations. One thing that was a bit confusing was the parking situation. When I checked in, I was told that since I had already paid for parking with my reservation and was staying overnight, I didn’t need to register my car. However, the next morning I found a notice on my car saying it wasn’t registered and warning me to make sure I do so. I understand th
Positive: Staff was helpful and friendly and responsive location of room Negative: Price and quality of breakfast ; location of refrigerator ; toilet keep clogging; lack of housekeeping; restaurant wait staff cleaning up when we were eating our breakfast
The room is fine. One bed awful. One was passable. One star simply for the bs parking fee. They charge it because they can and know you have no other choice. Also the balcony upgrade was pointless. You’re just looking at cars. The split setup of the hotel is super annoying when you’re lugging luggage. Ultimately regret staying here (and I just arrived)
