Hilton Mystic

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights, 9/3&4/25. Our room was perfect, the bed extremely comfortable. Every employee we came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. A big 'shoutout' to CC at the front desk!! She was SO friendly and helpful and we enjoy chatting with her for a few minutes. My husband had a few questions about the area and she answered all of them! If we are ever in this area again, we would definitely stay here.

Positive: The staff was great, hotel was clean and the room was great. There was so much for my son to take part in. He enjoyed the movie in the pool. Negative: The breakfast was not good at all. The eggs were gummy and most of the buffet was empty by 9am. Also, the pool seemed cloudy both times we went down at night- to be fair it could just be the lighting but it did not look good.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The buffet breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and the service was excellent. Our waitress was very kind and helpful. The gym was small but great for a cardio workout and also had water available. The pool kept the kids busy, provided towels and was a good size but the water temperature was a bit on the cold side. The hotel lobby was a great place to lounge around and you can definitely sit and eat your take out there or have a drink. You can also order takeout from the hotel restaurant and eat it in the lobby while consuming your own beverages. Finally the location is great! It is right across the street from the aquarium (which we loved) and the cute mystic villy. I gr

My 4 year old grandson and I stayed 3/7-3/8, as soon as we went to check in we were approached with so much information about the activities for the children! What a pleasant welcome we had. We went up to our room, as soon as we opened the door, a fresh, clean and pleasant room is what we found. Its a definite yes for us the next time we visit Mystic. And did I mention the great location!?

Can’t rave about this location enough. Right across from mystic aquarium-perfect spot for quick vaca! The hotel is BEAUTIFUL all nautical theme! VERY Clean & organized. Awesome indoor pool! They always decorate the hotel so festively for all holidays. We were there for Christmas and they made it SO SPECIAL. Our server Jen always makes sure breakfast is delish! Heather runs the operation smoothly & amazingly. So friendly & sweet!! We look forward to seeing Heather just as much as the hotel! She goes above & beyond to make sure your stay is magical. Can’t wait to come to CT and stay here again!
