The staff is so attentive and friendly, every team member we came across greeted us with smiles and waves. Beautiful property that is well maintained and has such a welcoming environment. Overall, best property I have stayed in. Will definitely come back again!

We have coming to this resort every year for 19 years and on this trip really noticed how 'tired' the rooms are becoming. The carpets and upholstery were dirty, the roll out mattress is barely usable - thin with all four corners curling up and not fitting the sofa frame properly. The outdoor hose bib obviously had been leaking and not fixed for a long time, with water on our stairs everyday (photos below). And for the first time ever, we noticed the grounds were not well maintained. Fallen leaves and weeds in the beds and so on.The resort itself is lovely with a great location, just needs to be freshened up and better maintained.

As always, we enjoyed our week stay. The friendly and helpful staff are always A+!!!|The property is perfect for us relax and enjoy our time together.|We’re always impressed with the cleanliness of the room and entire property. We’re planning a week for next year. Can’t wait to return!

We are owners and this ‘villa’ was less than comfortable! Refrigerator was packed with ice that maintenance had use the blow dryer to chop out the ice therefore our food did not get cold. 3 hours wasted waiting for repair and for it to get cold! And refrigerator door opens backwards from the cabinets door, almost impossible to get in!! Only 2 chairs or bed to sit on. Tiny bugs on counters. Not very well lit. Only DirectTV! 👎 . No microwave. Have to rent one. And it’s a DOG PARK!! Everywhere! I’m allergic so concerned how they clean rooms after they leave

Fantastic units - self contained and well equipped. All units near a pool and hot tub. Kitchen well equipped. Comfortable beds. Many units have outdoor showers. Nice decks. Surrounded by Desert Willow Golf Course. Great front desk. Overall a great resort.
