Delightful stay at an older motel for adults only, which has cozy rooms, lovely landscaping and a wonderful pool area with umbrellas and seating. Although the property is older, the rooms have such a comfortable feel and we were able to relax and enjoy our mini-vacation. The property is very quiet and restful. Our room had a dorm style refrigerator with a freezer (and ice cubes!), small microwave, coffee, dishes, etc, which was great if you brought food back from the wonderful restaurants in the area. Motel is very walkable to the El Paseo shopping district, tons of great dining and upscale shopping. Also has great local coffee shops along with a Starbucks close by. This hotel is often fully booked, so plan ahead if you want to stay here. We plan on returning for our next trip to th

We discovered this wonderful place in Palm Desert and we are absolutely delighted with everything! The facilities are fantastic, the rooms are large and comfortable with plenty of space, the decor is beautiful vintage, the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing, and the hostess is simply brilliant, attentive, friendly, and thoughtful! The relaxing pool is important to me, as is breakfast in a hotel, and it was like having breakfast at home. Super cozy and with everything you needed to start the day! We stayed for the Coachella festival and were very happy! We will definitely return, and don't hesitate to stop by this beautiful house!

I had a fantastic stay! The property is beautiful (scenic view of the mountains in the background), Kim was very accommodating, breakfast was delicious, and the AC helped tremendously with the 100 degree heat! It is significantly more affordable than the hotels that are on the Coachella shuttle route! My friends were camping at Coachella and they said they would have traded places with me!
