Hilton Garden Inn Springfield, IL

Positive: "" Negative: We were looking forward to relaxing in a private jacuzzi after riding a motorcycle for 6 hours, but were disappointed. The jacuzzi did not function properly. Some of the jets did not work. There were glass fragments around the jacuzzi which we cleaned up.

Enjoyed staying several days for a family wedding. All staff, from the front desk to the cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has modern and comfortable commons spaces, and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. I'd definitely stay here again.

Every person we came in contact on this property was AMAZING! They really went above and beyond to make us feel at home away from home. The rooms were clean and had everything you could need. Beds could be a little more comfy, but with location to everything, I would totally stay here again.

Lobby very nice and clean. People very friendly and helpful. Carpet in elevator worn out. Carpets in hallways torn and bunched up, needs replaced. Hotel could use a big refresh! Hotel satisfied our needs and easy access to everything

Hot tub is gone, shower leaks, lights on the building that say hilton are almost all out. If youre looking for a nice hilton this is not the one. Can just tell it’s low maintenance. The workers are very nice though
