Hilton Garden Inn Omaha West

Attended for a two day meeting. Parking was tight in the mornings, but easy after lunch. Meeting rooms were nice, well organized. Coffee was good. Restrooms were clean and well stocked. Lobby was clean with plenty of seating.

We stayed there in 2021 for the|first time & it has become one of our favorite hotels since. One of their strong points is an excellent customer service, especially Jeff, whose customer service is simply outstanding. Being able to use a hot tub contributes to a great stay. There is also a pool & a fitness center. Rooms have been renovated & we always enjoy a super comfortable bed & an overall comfort of the room. It’s a nice location for us, close to nice restaurants & upscale shopping. Even though their breakfast situation is not the best as far as breakfast staff & value, we still usually buy breakfast & still able to enjoy it. The omelettes are actually pretty good. Our most recent stay in September was very enjoyable as always & we are looking forward for our future stays with them.

This was the third time staying at this hotel for us. Everything was perfect for our over night stay. Hilton App for check in choosing our room and digital key worked flawless with no need for front desk stop. Every employee was courteous. Thanks Hilton Garden Inn!

Went there for a kids birthday party. Didn't see the room. Lobby was very nice as was the swimming pool.

Positive: Room was clean enough, got all requests we wanted Negative: Pool was COLD like fresh filled cold, also the cleaning lady tried to come into the room at 9am and tried to tell us we where already checked out when we weren’t. Not something i want to happen when traveling with young children, didnt feel very safe.
