⭐ Review of Hilton Garden Inn Lynchburg Extremely disappointing stay — especially as a Diamond member of over 10 years who is only ~30 nights away from Lifetime Diamond. I booked a King Suite with a Comfort Bed through my corporate travel site and was downgraded to a standard King room without notice or explanation. I contacted my corporate travel company, who confirmed my original suite reservation. When I called the front desk, the associate repeatedly told me I booked a regular room and offered no explanation for the downgrade — simply, “this is what you booked.” No attempt was made to investigate or resolve the issue. The room itself was subpar and poorly maintained. The bathroom smelled, the tub grout had visible mold, and the floor tile grout was filled with dirt and grime. The room

Miss Pat and Christiana were the highlight of our stay. In town for a business trip and they made it feel like home. Great service, friendly staff, decent rooms. The rooms could use a little bit of updates but not bad. Overall great!

Let me just say this is a nice traditional Hilton. But is stands out to any 10star hotel for the customer service or should I say family. ||From the start when I checked in late India was happy to get me set up and ready for my nights stay. |Then I get ready to leave in the morning and on my floor house keeping had the biggest smile on her face and wished me a great day. |Then came walking to breakfast Tigerr was so happy amd helpful to get me all wrapped up to leave for the day only for me to pause so I could eat breakfast.|It was right at 10 so Christina and Pat welcomed me in to a closing kitchen in order for me to have a great day. Asked the cook to prepare me fresh food I was just at awww and said I was okay with what they had and Christina insisted. I think Inheard her ask Roc

Positive: The location & staff were good. Negative: I booked a king room but got a queen bed room. The bathroom was more for handicap. Not as nice a room as I had gotten in the past.

Hilton Garden Inn, Lynchburg provided us with a wonderful budget friendly room block option for my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding guests and we are so grateful for their hospitality. Working with Jennifer and David was seamless from start to finish. They were communicative, accommodating and made sure everything was set up exactly as we needed. The hotel is conveniently located on Ward Road, close to many major stores and restaurants, which made it easy for our guests to grab anything they needed throughout the weekend. We’ve always had great experiences with Hilton hotels and this was no exception. Our guests were comfortable, well taken care of and appreciated having an affordable option for the wedding weekend.
