Hilton Garden Inn Little Rock Downtown

A quick stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Little Rock. Very comfortable beds. Hotel staff were very helpful as well was the valet. We left early and they had our car waiting pretty quickly (<5 min) after requesting it. Didn’t have time to enjoy the exercise room or indoor pool however both look very good. Hotel has its own Resturant and Bar so one doesn’t need to venture out if one wants to just stay within the hotel.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was incredibly friendly! I felt safe in the area and hotel as a solo female traveler. The valet was absolutely on top of it and just so kind. Rodriquez was super friendly and made sure i always got my car on time. Highly recommend!

This stay was just ok…. I was a little disappointed in several ways. As a gold card member not one word about being a long time loyal Hilton member. No water offered at the front desk after a long drive. I have a feather pillow allergy and was questioned why it was not on my Hilton App that I have an allergy to feathers. I pulled up my app to show the front desk guy that there’s not a place on my end to mark an allergy. He was a nice guy but I certainly did not appreciate that. He found it in his end that it should have been marked. Also he gave me the impression that it would be difficult to get foam pillow for the night. We stayed for 2 nights, the room was great, very spacious and clean. The bed was fresh and comfortable, and the provided shampoo, conditioner, bodywash where nice. The pool was nice as well with no complaint besides it closing at 9pm. This is a valet hotel with no real free parking options nearby so be prepared to spend an extra $27 a night for valet or to set alarms for the tolls. Upside is the valet where very quick, kind, and professional. Also, they park your vehicle in a gated lot only hotel employees and guests can access so that felt much safer. Security was nice, you need a keycard to go up in the elevator so only guests have access to the guests rooms. My only complaint for the whole stay is that our in room microwave didn't work. We let the hotel attendant know and they said
