Stayed one night for the Sleep Token concert on the 30th of September. Entrance to check in was a bit tricky to find (not hotels fault, was gps) I think it’s on the north side. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was clean, my only complaint was there a was funky smell when first arriving into room but by the time we got back from the concert it was gone. Bed was ok, I’ve had worse. Overall a good night.
We had a good experience at the Hilton Garden Inn. We were in town for one night for a concert at the venue across the street. It's a very short walk to the Pinnacle Bank Arena, which was really nice. Check in process was easy and fast. The room was clean and in good shape. The bed was comfortable, and the sheets were really soft. We were on the fifth floor, and it was very quiet and easy to sleep. It is an older building but has been renovated pretty well. The location of the hotel is within walking distance to bars and places to eat. Parking was easy and there is a skywalk from the parking garage to the hotel interior. But I thought it was silly to have to pay for parking when you already paid to stay there. I appreciated that our suite had a mini fridge and a microwave. I have food alle
I know we're living in the mOdErN world where things that used to be normal and simple just cannot be done anymore but this is the dumbest hotel I've been to in a while. Normal hotels have signs directing you to where your room is. Nope. You just have a random set of hallways with room numbers assigned in a random order. I guess it's just not hip to have signs. And even better is accessing the parking garage. After a long day driving I just love figuring out these mOdErN machines. The front desk person said the QR code would be enough to get into the garage but try as I might nothing I did worked. Which is always fun when there are angry people behind you. Just more techno-junk. I just took the ticket instead so we'll see if the hotel will take care of it.
Positive: Everything, no complaints at all. Extremely clean, the shuttle, walking distance to Napoli's (which was also great) and you pour a good Vodka ? Negative: Nope
I usually stay here for 3-4 days once a year when visiting Lincoln for work. I love the location with a great variety of food and drink options within walking distance. The parking garage that's attached is nice and convenient but be aware that it does cost $23/day. The staff are polite and knowledgeable and I have no complaints on any service I've received at the hotel. Price seems fair for the value so I would recommend them
