Hilton Garden Inn Great Falls

My family and I stayed for the weekend and also held a birthday party for my son. We absolutely loved everything about the Hilton. The hotel is beautiful and very clean and neat. The space they gave us for the party was more than enough room. They allowed us even more than enough time to set up, party and clean up. We did not feel rushed at all. The staff were polite. The rooms were comfortable and cleanly. Housekeeping did amazing. We will definitely be back. We have family visit quite a bit and the Hilton will always be our first choice. Thank you to the staff specifically Tahnee the regional director of sales. You were so helpful and nice. We just want to thank you for giving us this chance to celebrate our boy.

My go to place when I visit Great Falls. I'm here about every two weeks and Kelli and Brandi always make sure my stay is great. Wish the hot tub would get fixed!

Good room as usual. Only down side is they didn't clean the bottom of the toilet seat, so when I lifted it I got someone else's wet piss in my hand. Nasty!

Staying at Hilton Garden Inn GF was the best experience mainly due to the customer service from Antonio. I worked at Malmstrom AFB for the Dept. of War for 3 months and things went as smooth as possible. The rooms were comfortable and quiet and Antonio cleared up any issues that came up very quickly. Rooms are absolutely clean and comfortable.

I stayed here for 10 nights and had a great stay. All of the staff were affable and accommodating. The housekeeping staff was helpful. There is a nice patio with a firepit that is always on. In the backyard of the hotel, there are some ground squirrels that kids will enjoy looking at.||The entire facility looks great. The room was clean. It worked great as a base to explore the area.
