Hilton Garden Inn Austin North-Near the Domain

Peyton did not have a good tone or attitude from the start answering the phones, which gave a bad taste from the beginning. I would’ve rebooked somewhere else just from that since it’s indicative of the quality to come. The people later when we checked in were better thankfully. A/C took 1.5 hours to drop 1 degree on March 1st, any other home or hotel it should never take more than 10mins to get to desired temp. It took 3 hours to get to our desired temp. They know the A/C system is bad here because they have little print outs above every thermostat which is a bit ghetto. It’s a bad system but they can’t change it now that it’s built. I cannot imagine how bad the summer temps are here. Hotels have for decades have been known to be able to get cold and have good A/Cs - this place is extrem

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Austin North–Domain. While the accommodations were perfectly acceptable, it’s truly the staff who make or break a hotel experience—and in my case, they made it exceptional. I was fortunate to interact with consistently pleasant and professional team members, especially Ayeisha. She resolved a couple of issues for me with professionalism, efficiency, and genuine positive energy.||There’s a quote: “Be a thermostat, not a thermometer”—meaning, set the climate rather than merely respond to it. Ayeisha embodies this idea. Her upbeat presence immediately elevates the environment, and she sets a tone that makes guests feel welcomed and valued.||Because of her and the team, my stay was truly enjoyable. Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in The Domain and had a great experience. Overall it’s a nice, updated Garden Inn — rooms were clean, common areas were clean, and parking was easy and well lit. The fitness center is small but well equipped and spotless. Big shoutout to the team — Peyton at the front desk (both nights!) was awesome, and Jason behind the bar was great too. Our group ended up spending a decent amount of time in the lobby/bar area and it was a really comfortable setup. Location was perfect for getting around The Domain, and the pricing felt just right. Only minor note: it’s a little tucked away and the entrance is easy to miss the first time. Breakfast was also pretty plain/limited for the ~$20 price. Still, I’d absolutely stay here again.

We stayed at this hotel recently after having a bad experience at a hotel across the way. We were impressed by the staff, especially Aiyesha at the front desk. The beds were comfortable and the room was conveniently designed and modern. We liked the shampoo and conditioner smell as well lol. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff were very accommodating, and they made some really great bacon! We found the check-in and checkout process to be convenient and quick. We will be happy to stay here again in the future.
