Hilton Garden Inn Allentown Bethlehem Airport

I would like to say that this trip was one of the best experiences for both me and my girlfriend. It was a ski trip to Blue Mountain resort from February 6th through February 9th. Overall, the entire experience was positive. Regarding our stay at the hotel, I must especially commend the staff — particularly the manager Ms. Kim — who was truly phenomenal. Our stay coincided with a severe winter storm that caused power outages in parts of Allentown, including the hotel. The situation was understandably hectic. The outage led to multiple operational issues: room key cards malfunctioned, heating systems failed, phones were down, and essential services were disrupted. This hotel is wonderful. The location is perfect to Bethlehem & Wind Creek Casino.|The room was clean; the bed was comfortable. The pillow was amazing; I just ordered one today.|If you are a discount shopper, there is a Ross Dress for Less and Ollies Discount Store.|I recommend the Hilton.

I have stayed a lot of Hilton Garden Inns for business and leisure travel. I was NOT impressed with this hotel. No breakfast buffet, order off menu only which is time consuming so I didnt bother... plus there was only one wait staff member who seemed relieved that I wasnt going to eat there. Fitness room very disappointing. Peleton bike with no power and absent footsteps, no elliptical, TV broke in fitness room (no programming) and no water. Empty beer bottles and trash around the pool / hot tub area. Overall hotel is dated and in need of remodeling in some areas. Water flow from shower is anemic, shower was time consuming. Expected better, would recommend booking elsewhere.

Positive: Convenient Negative: Air conditioning was not working properly, but they accommodated with a different room.
