Hilton Anatole

Hello, I recently stayed at this hotel for a conference. The restroom door in the room would not close shut and it didnt lock. The bath tub had a green tinge to it at the bottom. The decoration around the hotel is pretty and I liked the historical references. On my last day, I put up about 30 suitcases along with 3 of my peers. None of the staff helped us by at the very least opening the door. There were 15 staff standing idly outside. We weren't greeted good morning either. I enjoyed the clean and well supplied gym and the hottub. However, on my second day I arrived and it wouldnt heat up. You could turn on the bubbles but the water was cold. I was disappointed because I was looking forward at staying in this hotel. I will mention that it is a beautiful hotel. There's plenty of spaces to

Positive: The staff. They were all very friendly and accommodating Negative: It's over priced for an average room. There are unsupervised children everywhere, even running down the hallways at 2am. Everything is a hike. Even from the elevator to our room was a long walk. They charge almost $50 a day to self park your car.

The noise that comes out of the atrium and enters your room is very loud, especially when conferences are in town. Its a pretty atrium, but loud. The wait time for food and service in the restaurant is exceptionally long. The staff is great, but its just so busy, you’ll likely accidentally be forgotten. Call them? They say to text. I texted, for 3 hours. Have yet to get a response 2 days later.. Call and try to talk to a human? Ask for a manager? They transfer you to security. Its a drive to anywhere from here… so you’ll need a car or an uber. Not a great location if you actually Did want to go somewhere to get dinner in under 60 minutes. There are a ton of bars within the hotel, so you can get a fast coctail but it will be quite overpriced. The art pieces here are extraordinary. Prob

From the moment we arrived, to the morning when we checked out, every employee we encountered was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and as advertised. Sēr Steak + Spirits was unforgettable, we were sat by the window, with an incredible view, for my husband's birthday! Food and drinks were incredible. Great location, beautiful hotel, worth the price for sure. |I recommend you go have a drink with Dylan! He was the best bartender. We watched the playoff game and he made me a delicious martini.

Thank you for the wonderful stay. I would like to recognize the friendly and welcoming staff throughout the hotel. The catering staff were especially attentive and helpful, making every meal enjoyable. The professionalism and hospitality of the entire team truly made the experience memorable. I appreciate the great service and look forward to visiting again.
