Hilton Alexandria Mark Center

Good hotel that's walking distance from the Mark Center, if visiting there. The front desk staff and market staff were very nice. The hotel lobby area and restaurant area looked really nice and was spacious. My room was decent. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was pretty small but the shower water pressure was good.

The hotel is nice. Sort of interesting, because it’s 30 some floors high, in a triangle with only 9-10 rooms on a floor. |The bathroom is dark - there’s only a lighted mirror, but no overhead light, so the shower is kind of like taking a shower (or bath) in a cave lit from the entrance. |Not a lot of food offerings at dinner time. The sushi was good, but basically, it’s food at the lobby bar. Breakfast is the usual buffet. |Staff was very nice and helpful (esp when the whole parking thing didn’t work as expected).

The hotel had awesome views and staff was very friendly! The have a restaurant and bar downstairs, which makes it very convenient if you hungry and don’t want to run out anywhere. Also, they have a nice coffee/snack store near lobby area. It was a pleasant stay and recommend for anyone visiting this area.

Positive: Nothing! Negative: Parking $15 at my own risk outside. No one to assist with my bags. Hotel was empty had to order cold sandwiches for dinner. Room was very cold for hours, finally I moved.technicians came twice and told me it would take time. I finally asked to move.

Very clean room great amenities very impressed with a housekeeper who found a very valuable wedding band that fell and I lost it and she loved it in a very visible place. When I got back to my room. Next time I do business in that area I will be staying at your hotel.!! I also wanna add that the area to grab snacks was wonderful. Fair prices room was a little cold when I got there, but the guy from maintenance came up made a minor adjustment and everything was wonderful after that.
