When we first arrived, we waited about 5 minutes ringing a bell before someone finally came out to check us in. Then we got to the room, and it wasn't what I had booked. I had booked a double queen with a sofa bed, and the room we were given was just double queen. I called from the room, went downstairs to swap rooms, and then the new room was much larger with the double queen - but guess what? The couch was missing. You could tell where it was supposed to be. After a full day of traveling, I gave up. This was going to be the room. The room had a stove top, but nothing to cook with; upon request they didn't have anything to use. We would have needed to go buy pots and pans for our stay. Oh well, whatever. The rooms were clean enough, but I wouldn't take my socks off kind of place. Half the

Stay anywhere else but here. Traveling with my daughter, we felt very uncomfortable and unsafe here. Starting with the check in clerk who continually hit on me and even followed me down the hallway continually asking for my number and for me to come see him later. Then there was someone in the hallway apparently on drugs knocking on doors and tried to follow me and my daughter. Not to even mention the room was so nasty. The back door exit, which had a sign indicating it needed to stay closed for safety, was propped open. Though we did use that exit when leaving to avoid the front desk clerk because he made me very uncomfortable and I did not want to encounter him again. We literally stayed for 5 minutes and then just went to the airport several hours before we needed to and stayed the nigh

Absolutely the worst stay I've had at a hotel for years. Booked on Hotels.Com got here & couldn't find out how to get in, it's under construction. The front desk is now in a closet & you have to walk through all the construction. It's dirty & dusty with trip hazards EVERYWHERE! Hallways are blocked by exercising equipment & trash left by the crew. Heavy machinery right outside my windows, the noise makes it impossible to sleep & we've been traveling & would of liked a nap because we have to be at the airport at 4am. None of this was told to me when I booked, or I would of gone somewhere else. I asked for an ADA room with a walk in shower & never got it, the shower had a lot of hair in it, bathroom sink is falling off the wall, black mold in the shower. Just an all-around horrible experien

Not exactly as advertised.. ground floor still under renovation. Fortunately the tools stopped not long after we arrived and should be silent our entire stay as we’re snowed in🤞🏼. Front desk staff struggle to communicate effectively. Bed is new and okay but the linen and blankets are really awful. I think the mattress protector is from Temu. The included breakfast consisted of coffee. If you asked the front desk handed you a packet of little bites biscuits 🍪. The rooms which advertise cooktop, microwave etc… did include those things but no utensils, cutlery of any kind let alone a bowl, cup or anything to cook in. Not even a glass for water. The front desk did issue us on request the extent of their equipment consisting of 3 paper cups and 3 plastic spoons.. Im thinking we should be a

Long wating for an old shuttle, and long wait for the guy at the reception. Nobody answer the phone. The smell in the corridors is horrible. The smell was less intense in the room. The Asian food truck outside was great.
