My daughter and I went to Chico to spend “family weekend” at Chico State with my son. It was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had a hotel and we aren’t even super picky or fancy. After waiting almost an hour and a half for our room to be ready when we were told twenty mins, we walked into that room and immediately walked out because we started gagging. It reeked of cigarettes and bleach. There were cigarette burns in the comforter!!! The bathroom was filthy even though it was supposed to be “clean”. The floors were dirty. There were two drawers missing in the dresser! It wasn’t just that room either. She was cleaning 3 or 4 rooms at the same time and from what I observed, they all looked like they were in the same condition. I refused to stay there, and when I spoke with the mana

Older establishment, nothing fancy, clean rooms, clean sheets and pillows no bugs, easy access off Highway 32 or Highway 99, very quiet and friendly owners. Budget friendly and would recommend to friends and family. Would definitely not have a problem staying again.

Never stay here. It is filthy. The door to the bathroom was bashed in, floors and baseboards never cleaned. TV didn't work. The surface on bed table had some crusty residue-not clean. Many of the "guests" looked questionable and some appeared to be residents. It felt unsafe.

Upon arriving. Chico police was already leaving. Then we checked in, got the room, and I swear you not, not even 1 full minute into our room we saw cockroachs, bedbugs and trash all throughout the room. Probably the worst experience of anyplace I've visited in my life. I never write reviews but just because how bad this place is, Im writing one now to warn anyone trying to find a room for cheap, DON'T. Pay the extra money to to any of the quality hotels. The lady upfront was respectful, and I don't mean shade towards her but don't go here. Save your time and money.

We got here yesterday and the room was disgusting the walls so dirty the bathroom shower handle came off the room had so many cockroaches we stayed up killing them I told the lady she gave me a trap and said put it somewhere so I did in the bathroom there was no microwave and 3 towels on the counter nothing is nice about this place we r leaving today
