Hampton Inn & Suites Chico

We stayed here for one night while traveling, and it exceeded our expectations. The hotel was clean, rooms were spacious and nice, and breakfast and amenities were great! Above all, the customer service was exemplary! Front desk staff were very kind, but what really sold me was when I left behind my AirPods and they helped get them back to me. I didn’t realize it until I was on the plane to fly home to WA, so I called the next day and they had them! Everyone was so kind and helpful as I worked through how to get them back. After I scheduled a UPS pick up, the staff ensured my AirPods got packaged up safely and I just received the today! I’m so grateful!

We stayed at this hotel this past weekend for my son’s baseball game, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the entire facility was and how friendly the staff were. Our kids had a great time at the pool, and V at breakfast was amazing—very helpful, attentive, and kept everything clean .Breakfast had great options. TESS at the front desk was also incredibly friendly and cheerful ,We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in town for a game. Thank you to all the staff for making our visit so enjoyable!

The location is fantastic! it’s close to a shopping mall and many different food places. Chico is very beautiful! The service is also extraordinary! We had lovely Alyssa check us in and she was an absolute joy! She even let us and our friends have connecting rooms since we are on a roadtrip. The rooms are cozy and modern, although my only petty complaints would be that i don’t really like the faucet in the sink, as it’s hard to wash my face, and that the blanket is a tad bit small. Last night, me and the person i shared the bed with kept tugging on it to try and get more. I had to sleep 25% covered. Over all though, their breakfast is also nice, and i had a good stay.

In Chico for a workshop, Hampton’s was conveniently located near the workshop and highway. Plenty of shopping and dining nearby. Try Logan’s for dinner! Rooms are clean and nicely appointed. Soft water in the shower, the best! Coffee and warm cookies in the lobby, great! Tess and front desk team are very helpful and considerate. Very cold outside and really enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi. A great place to stay.
