Customer Reviews
I spent 3 nights at this hotel and slept well in the very comfortable bed. The room is well outfitted with everything you need in a hotel room. Maurice and Sean were amazing front desk staff who answered all of my questions and gave me great recommendations of what to see and do and where to eat. There were several different sitting areas for our small group to gather, both inside and outside. The heated pool was wonderful. Being just across the street from the beach was an added bonus. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.
Wonderful little motel/hotel one mile from downtown We stayed Halloween night- check in was great. Staff terrific and friendly, even offered us free upgrade room. We had a double queen room facing the ocean. The beds are comfy with nice linens. Bathroom was good with small storage are to the side. Convenient coffee maker and refrigerator in room, though lobby also had coffee.
The hotel was clean. The staff was spectacular. The room was great. The location may not be ideal for some. It’s about a 40 minute walk from the edge of the “happening” part of Provincetown. But if you’re in it for a quiet, serene beachfront place, this is your hotel. Beautiful, clean, warm pool, nice loungers, beautiful greenery behind the hotel. Bike and scooter rentals can be “turned in” right in front of the hotel, so if you’re willing to buy an hour bike pass you can turn them back in at the hotel.
Just finished my fourth stay at the Harbor Hotel in Provincetown, and once again, they exceeded expectations. This time, I was upgraded to a suite — and it was amazing! Both rooms had stunning bay views, there were two big-screen TVs, two full bathrooms, and plenty of space to relax.||Even though it was off-season, the service was outstanding. Sean, the front desk manager, and Krista at the night desk were both incredibly helpful and focused on delivering a great guest experience. Every interaction felt warm and genuine.||The housekeeping staff also did a fantastic job — the suite was spotless when I arrived and stayed that way throughout my visit.||Harbor Hotel continues to be my go-to in Provincetown. Great views, comfortable rooms, and a team that truly cares. Can’t wait for visit #5!
Positive: That it was close to the water Negative: We werent given enough toilet paper and ran out the first night. We didnt know the office closed at 8pm and there were no vending machines or stores open to get even water. Why leave an ice bucket in the room if there?s no ice machine or vending machine?
