Customer Reviews
Run of the mill, basic hotel. Clean rooms. Mattress is very firm and could leave a little to be desired. Nice counterspace in room to keep luggage and such off the floor. Small refrigerator with no freezer. Small microwave. Overall four out of five stars. Front desk staff was very nice . Breakfast was decent. Janell at front desk called 2 times to make sure everything was satisfactory. Would stay again. Recommended.
We stayed here for four nights and were pleased overall. The room was clean and perfectly adequate for a party of two—king-size bed, pull-out sofa, large TV, small fridge, and a proper desk. Most hotels miss the mark in two areas: overly dry air from the AC/heater and harsh, drying water. This place did well on both fronts, which was a pleasant surprise. I requested a 2:00 pm late checkout and it was granted without any back-and-forth. The staff were professional and genuinely friendly throughout our stay. The only real limitation was the lack of a kitchenette for self-cooking, though that takes nothing away from the excellent service. The only other drawback was traffic noise and some hallway noise from other guests, but given the holiday period, that’s hard to fault the hotel for. Ov
Everything about the finishes was cheap and poorly done. The room was $222 for one night. The mattress was one of the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on—anywhere. The flimsy vinyl roller shade did very little to block out the bright lights in the parking lot. It was like sleeping on an airport runway.|Lots of road noise, unhelpful staff, and, to top it off—THERE WAS NO HOT WATER for my shower. Always fun to take a cold shower in 31 degree weather. |On par with a Rodeway or Motel 6.
Positive: "" Negative: The bathtub should have been replaced instead of being painted
Due to this hotel- my family will no longer stay in small towns. My family will find activities where diversity is celebrated and not seen as a chore or frowned. Last year my family decided to take a small roadtip from Denver, Co. I learned my bloodline was from the natives in Taos from the Puebloans. I am trying to reconnect. We booked a Mountain View room. The front desk lady was kind, polite and helpful. We booked the night prior and drove to the hotel the following day. When we arrive the same front desk was less kind, was short and not the same friendly. Our room was GROSS with facing into the pool. The hotel lacks modern features and the room was not well maintained. We paid extra for Mountain View but got a foggy window into a not so fancy pool. The pool was eww and we were very ske
