Hampton Inn & Suites West Little Rock

I booked a room for my 5 year old son and I for my birthday to just be able to enjoy the pool for him. We’ve been through a lot lately and I just wanted to be able to relax, swim and enjoy time not having to do anything-and that is just what we did! We ordered Door Dash in, we swam (the pool is SO CLEAN but not heated, so be prepared!), the breakfast is good, the rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable, and the room we were in (a king bed) had a microwave and a small refrigerator (vital for a picky 5 year old who loves his strawberry milk and protein yogurts). We enjoyed our stay, because the hotel gave us the feel of being gone on a trip with a quality stay. Thank you! We needed a good night in, but if you are looking for a nice place to stay that is close to food and entertainment-this

We had a comfortable and convenient stay in a spacious suite with two queen beds and a pull-out sofa—perfect for our family of five. The room layout worked well for us, and the space was clean and relaxing after long hours on the road. A big plus was the front office staff—polite, helpful, and thoughtful. I especially appreciated the personal touch of receiving a check-in text to see how our stay was going. After we checked out, I realized my daughter had left her water bottle in the lobby. I replied to the same text thread, and they kindly held onto it for an entire week until we passed through again on our return trip. That kind of customer service really stood out. Great option for families on the go!

Positive: Entertainment, the TV had apps and I could enjoy my favorite programs Negative: Hampton Inn breakfast usually has more choices and the parking lot was sort of small

This hotel is where the VA decided to put veterans at. I can say that coming in the front desk lady BETTY.. was super nice and helpful, she is amazing..kudos to her. Rooms are tidy and clean, lobby is beautiful, clean and spacious. Can't wait for breakfast...the GM needs to give BETTY a high five.. The pillows are like a cloud.. Thank you from Robin C..

Nice hotel, short staffed on a Saturday night though. Needed extra linen and no service to bring up. No biggie. Photos show a hot tub- definitely USED TO BE a hot tub. But it’s filled in. Disappointed.
