Rooms where not very clean hair in drainof tube. The drian did not stay up to shower. Hair on shampo bottel lid. Ni waters in fig tub had haur and a little dirt. Sink in bathroom chipped and staind looked dirty tub had mold around the caulk. It'sready for rehab. Room 205 and had 210 was better was out of clenkex tissu could of had water as well

A great place to stay! The room was great, with a lot of space, TV, shower, clóset, everything was great. They have a big pool, so you can swim all day without being crowded. Great location. Maybe the only downside would be that the parking its open to everyone.

Positive: Bed was very comfortable! Negative: Yes, no complimentary bottled water in my room. ☹️

Modern, clean, and near downtown hub. On third floor water pressure in shower is iffy and wall a bit thin, BUT breakfast is good and hot, sheets are clean, and the staff is kind. And kindness is everything.

I usually love staying at Hampton Inns. My visit to the Hampton in McAllen, Texas was huge disappointment. The front desk personnel were uncharacteristically short and unfriendly. I am used to being greeted by people who are the best in the business at Hampton Inns. These were not. In addition, the air conditioner in our room did not work and had to be replaced. The room was not nearly as clean as I’ve been accustomed with the floor gritty. This property did not meet expectations.
