Hampton Inn & Suites McAlester

The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly. The water pressure could be better but that can't always be helped. The breakfast is the best part. I'm fairly certain this is the first time they have continuously stocked the food not caring of the time. The last in the kitchen is friendly and she ensures tables are clean on top of the food never being empty.

Wonderful experience here! The room we were given was very modern and almost seemed recently remodeled. The room was clean and very nice They have a good breakfast bar with many options in the morning which was nice! There are also lots of restaurants and stores close by, some within walking diatance. Definitely reccomend staying at this hotel!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5/5 — Great Stay, Friendly Staff, and Tasty Breakfast We had a wonderful stay at Hampton Inn & Suites in McAlester. From check-in to checkout, the service was smooth and welcoming. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist — they truly made us feel at home. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. We especially appreciated the cozy bed and well-maintained amenities. The free hot breakfast exceeded our expectations! There were plenty of options like scrambled and boiled eggs, muffins, cookies, cupcakes, and fresh fruits, all neatly presented. The location feels safe and calm, with good walkability to a few nearby restaurants and stores. Parking was ample and hassle-free.

I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of this hotel. It was currently in the process of remodeling certain aspects of the hotel, which is likely why my room seemed fresh and nearly new. It felt as though I may have been the second or third person to ever stay in that room (not the first because of a few stray hairs in the shower). It was either recently remodeled or the cleaning crew has exceptional skills. There was some black mold above the bathroom door, and the body lotion was IN the shower rather than body wash, but otherwise the room held the basic essentials and a swivel TV to accommodate the angled bed frame.

Indoor pool and hot tub closed. Cold inside hotel. Heater (55°) not working in our room (transferred). Clerk non compassionate. Rooms were very clean. Kudos to housekeeping!
