We purchased a Forest River Palomino HS750 Truck Camper from Allie and Cody today. They were so helpful and pleasant to work with. No high pressure sales and very knowledgeable with their stock. They went over and above showing us different options and all the amenities of each camper. The paperwork went very quickly and we are excited to pick up our new Camper next week. Im giving a 5 star for Braden and Allie. These 2 were awesome and easy to work with. Braden is a no pressure salesman. Only problem i had was with the General Manager, Dustin. After the paperwork was signed, down payment made and I already had insurance, I was told I COULD NOT haul my 5th wheel traver trailer with a semi truck because I would tear the travel trailer up and Dustin said that. I spoke with Dustin about it and he told me I wasnt hauling it with the semi. I have been driving for 29 years and have hauled 5th wheels with a semi for FEMA when Katrina hit Florida. Dustin told me he would give my money back and part ways. I didn't want my money back I had already made the deal on this 5th wheel. We were very interested in one of their retro travel trailers. Put in the paperwork and we asked what the down would be.He said ten to twenty percent , I said , if it's twenty percent , can I place a hold with some money down and then come in When I get through with my route at the end of the month. He said, that's fine.He would call me at nine or ten in the next morning. Not only did they run our credit , but i've been asking 3 or four days now where we are and he keeps telling me he'd get back with us, still NOT ONCE REACHED OUT TO US.
