Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas Downtown

10/10 experience at Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown Dallas on Commerce Street. My family and I stay here every time we come on vacation because the service is always amazing. The staff truly cares about their guests and even sends follow-up text messages to make sure you’re safe and comfortable. A special thank you to Carlos at the front desk — he went above and beyond to help our family and made sure we had the perfect room. His kindness and professionalism really stand out. Also, special thanks to the valet parking gentlemen for being so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is awesome, the view is beautiful, and they even have a gym. My wife and kids love it here, and they make you feel like family every time we stay. Highly recommend. 10/10. Awesome the valet team members where alsome

I have to give a huge shoutout to Quinn, the valet at SpringHill Marriott. He was absolutely amazing. Quinn was incredibly accommodating, professional, positive, and full of energy. I was honestly having a pretty unpleasant experience earlier, but his attitude and genuine kindness completely turned my day around. Customer service like that is rare, and Quinn truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and taken care of. Because of him, my experience went from unpleasant to pleasant in a matter of minutes. SpringHill Marriott is lucky to have someone like him representing their team.

We like to walk a lot during our vacations, because you can see and feel so much more, comparing to sitting in the car etc. and this hotel is perfect for that. Dealey Plaza, Deep Ellum area, Farmer's Market are all so close, that we walked to all of those. Lot's of shops, restaurants and bars in half mile radius too, so perfect location for us tourists. During early mornings, there were homeless people+some "shady characters" close by, but after 9am no problems at all and we felt safe.|Our room was spacious, with separate living room area and comfy bed, unfortunately views from both windows were towards parking garages. Complimentary breakfast was good enough, that you can almost skip early lunch after that...although breakfast area was real crowded and under staffed. Overall we were satis

Good value for money with comfortable spacious room. Hotel is well located with many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Breakfast buffet options are limited but decent quality with good coffee. The gym is basic but good enough for a decent workout with weights and cardio machines

Súper comfy beds! The staff were wonderful and attentive, very fancy and big complimentary breakfast, the indoor pool was gorgeous and the room was super clean and spacious. We will definitely come back! Highly recommend for family, our kids had a blast at the pool!
